All information submitted to the My Local Small Business web site is made public via your pages that you create. The only exceptions are:

Note: MLSB staff have no direct access to your password. We do not require it and we will not ask for your password. Your password is only used by you to log on to the web site.

Your details may remain in our database for around 1 to 3 months, until a general maintenance is taken. After which, your details are completely removed (though our backup procedures may have your details for longer). We will not use your details during this time for any purpose.
